"My friend and I discovered bright yellow stains on your box spring in one room and blood stains on the wall in another room. I work in a hospital and found your hotel very unsanitary. I assure you I do not seek to find "something wrong" with a hotel room in order to obtain a discount. I will not be back to stay in one of your hotels. Damone Machander"
